The first step in doing so is to create an environment that is comfortable and inviting. Next, is to commit to the development of traditional flavors and making sure every ingredient always tastes great.

It always shocks me to find people who have never had Indian food. I wonder whether it's the traditional Indian restaurant environments, or the stigma of Indian food being too unique, that drives people away. My goal here is to present Indian food in a way that is familiar, yet innovative. I'm here to create a friendly and open environment where the world of Indian food will be explored.
